Assistant Manager/Regional Manager - Client Relations - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)

Bangalore/Chennai/Delhi NCR/Hyderabad/Mumbai Job Code: 744229

Job Responsibility

- To achieve the revenue target from new client acquisitions in the region.

- Undertake Top Line and P&L responsibility within the region.

- Research and understand the market through various mediums and create a growth strategy for targeting prospective clients.

- Devise a strategy for acquisition of relevant leads, work on quick on-boarding of strategic and growth clients.

- Meet corporate, real estate commercial brokers / agents on regular basis for new acquisition.

- To understand client's requirements and tailor-pitch the offering accordingly.

- Reach out to clients, create suitable offers and sign-up corporate client to increase customer base.

- Managing entire client acquisition cycle from lead/inquiry development, prospecting, qualifying, following up, handling objections, negotiating and following up constantly via phone, email or direct visits till the deal is closed.

- Should be good at follow-ups and maintaining relationships with clients.

- Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin and proactively suggesting client for their expansion office requirements.

- Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground operations.

Key Skills

- Candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience from IPC, Business Centre, Co-working, DPC.

- Very adaptive to a dynamic and continuously evolving process-driven environment.

- Being tech-savvy, statistically proficient with numbers, ability to create Management Information.

- Proven record of On-boarding companies/corporate.
