Asst. Manager Volume Hiring ( ITeS Vertical Only)

SHIFT TIME : 2:00PM TO 11:00PM.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Getting the requirement from Clients

- Volume hiring experience

- Dividing the same to the regional Managers

- Get the feedback from the client regarding the candidate

- Daily tracker on client wise requirement VS Joiners

Required Skills / Special Qualifications :

- MBA with at least 10 years experience in handling Recruitment /Volume hiring.

- Good Communication skills

- Negotiation skills
