Assistant Manager - Recruitment - IT/Non IT Domain - BFSI

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing end to end recruitment across all level (IT/Non IT).

- The individual is need to do Head Hunting, Mapping, Sourcing, Comp Negotiation etc

- Involved in mid to senior-level hiring across India and globe.

- Managing senior-level global stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7 Yr+ Experience in recruitment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Hand full experience in recruitment from lateral to leadership level.

- Strong background of Investment banking, banking, Financial services, bfsi industries.

- Female candidates highly preferred.
