REQUIREMENT ESSENTIALS:
Role: Assistant Manager - Recruitment (Individual Contributor)
Experience: 5 - 8 yrs
Work Location: Mumbai Malad
Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing CVs:
- Confident to handle the recruitment process starting from gathering requirements, sourcing CV's through Job Portals, referrals and internal database to the offer level - Investment Bank operations (IB-Ops), Risk Services, Global Analytics domain . Handle positions on Non IT
Short listing:
- Familiar with short listing profiles as per the organization's requirement and communicate with the prospective candidates to appear for Interviews.
Interviews:
- Thorough knowledge in scheduling and conducting Interviews as per the timings & feasibility of the panel members & prospective candidates. Taking initial round of screening interview, final HR discussion, conducting Exit interviews.
Stakeholder Management :
- Managing various stakeholders by placing right resource at right job.
- Strategizing hiring policies with HR in order to close all niche positions within stipulated time frame.
Head Hunting:
- Filling niche positions through Head Hunting or networking or through personal reference.
Vendor Management:
- Developing healthy relationship with channel partners through effective communication and congenial nature so as to give result to productive output.
