Assistant Manager - Recruitment - BFSI

Recruitment & Hiring :

- Assisting in zones in YPP hiring.

- Devising new avenues of hiring / sourcing for YPP

- Maintaining recruitment tracker and dashboard preparation

- Referral tracker

- Use of job portal for sourcing profiles to cut down hiring cost

- Managing social Media Promotions

- Conducting campus placement drive

- Vendor Empanelment & Payment Processing

- Identify & empanel the new vendors for YPP hiring

Payments to be processed within timelines for:

- Hiring Partners

- Academic Partners

- Uniform vendor

- Stipend Payouts to students & Interns

- Miscellaneous payments

- Set up a feedback mechanism for recruitment partners to ensure quality recruitment.

Review SOP's/ JD Manual : 

- HR Recruitment manual's

- JD updation - Re-visit SOPs and update as per current processes

- Keep all program related presentations updated Student Engagement - Analyzing the past data and engage the students

- Assistance in Devising the Action plan

- Coordinate with academic partner to roll out engagement initiatives & R&R initiatives.

- Manage the learning cycle of applicant until they are conferred the diploma.

- Conduct learning evaluations and audits

- Conduct productivity review and performance dialogues with employees.
