Responsibilities: - Responsible for strategizing, planning and executing various recruitment initiatives for different business segments across the company - Ensuring end to end recruitment process is implemented &amp; delivered as per timeline for client needs. - Managing recruitment's of professionals in capacity of Exe. Leadership, Mid &amp; Sr. Management levels &amp; bulk recruitment for across all verticals. - Recruitment Strategy - Work on overall or case specific strategy for assigned. - Client/BU Meetings - Meeting with line managers to discuss recruitment needs and hiring numbers. - Interview Debriefing - Debriefing / feedback sharing session with Line Managers and employment agencies for Interviews. - Workforce Planning (Recruitment) - Forecast, budgeting, planning of initiatives related to hiring for assigned BU's. - Employee Referral- Follow up and program administration - Maintaining background verification check for all the new joiners. - Managing the Applicant Tracking System - Maintains confidentiality and security of information at all times in all aspects of the role.
