1. General Accounting- Regular monitoring & processing of Invoices pertaining to operational overheads, manpower, freight cost etc.
2. Audit Compliances: Preparation of variances & other schedules for quarterly audit; coordinating with external Audit team for sharing of requisite information.
a) Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Inventory Audit
3. MIS analytics & reporting: MIS Preparation & analysis on area like Payroll, Operational overheads, Parts business profitability
4. Automation Projects:
a) Active role in automation projects initiated by finance department by taking support of other functions i.e. IT, SS & SC, and other functions involved.
b) Reviewing present practices and policies to ensure further automation.
5. Business Partnering with Operations and SS&SC:
a) Effective ABP & Cost avoidance by following ZBB approach
b) Ensuring DOA compliances w.r.t Opex transactions
