Assistant Manager - Quantitative & Qualitative Research - Big4

Spectral is hiring for one of the BIG 4s into Qualitative and Quantitative Research profile.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAs-

- Be a part of assignments and perform Qualitative and Quantitative Research on the markets or target companies.

- Understand, Analyze and assess information from external and internal sources.

- Perform quality review of projects, guiding the team in execution and help them bringout analysis and critical insights.

- Focus teams on the key priorities while managing several medium and large size projects.

- Manage a team of 4-5 professionals.

DESIRED PROFILE-

- CA/CFA/MBA or PGDM- Finance with 4-6 years of experience

- Have Experience into Quantitative and Qualitative research.

- Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
