Responsibilities: - Assistance in planning and executing the IRCS control testing for ESG and other business processes and also collect the evidence for control testing and review the same. - Performing the annual IRCS control testing with proper coordination with regional as well as Global stakeholders (Risk teams). - Reviewing and providing the reviews on the test results and also ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders and keep them well informed of potential issues and escalate in case of any problems and delays. - Actively participate in improving the processes and enhancing internal control programs and also review IRCS policies and guidelines. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience - Understanding of internal control program - Exposure to insurance company or financial institutions - Proficient understanding of MS Excel and in the risk management or auditing tools. - Recognized qualifications/ certifications such as CIA - Basic Accounting Knowledge and experience with SAP.
