Assistant Manager - Proposal Support
Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent English language communication skills
2. Strong capabilities in writing and editing proposal documents (RFPs/RFIs etc.) that are focused and innovative
3. Responsible for the development and management of the proposal workflow to adhere to the work plan, schedules, and milestones
4. Provide input in the proposal strategy formulation and support the Client Service Teams for developing the winning theme and value proposition
5. Collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams
6. Ability to build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders
7. Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities
8. Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
