JOB PURPOSE
- Experience in implementing IT project, program management (PMP certificate is plus)
- To understand business process and provide solution.
- Manage Budget, Schedule and Quality of projects
- Involved in min 3 full SDLC cycle (software development life cycle)
- Monitor deliverable and tracking Key Performance Indicators
- Vendor management
- Identifying and managing risks throughout the project life-cycle
- Demonstrate capability, creativity and success in projects with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Co-ordination for multi-geography projects in achieving common objectives
- Establishing robust process and procedures for India operations
- Conduct process training and project facilitation for the different functions
EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1. Project Management / program Management
- To ensure following are done
- Progress - deliverables are being completed within the base lined time scales
- Cost - deliverables are being completed within the base lined cost plan
- Quality - deliverables are being completed to defined expectations, first time
- Reporting/co - regular and timely reporting of project progress to the sponsors/ stakeholders
- Change - managing changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits
- Monitoring - Assessing performance of application to make improvements or take corrective action
2. Risk Management
- Understand the implications/risk of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- Should able to identify risk and analyse its impact qualitative & quantitative.
- Developing options and actions to enhance opportunities and to reduce threats to project objectives.
- Tracking identified risks, monitoring residual risks, identifying new risks, executing risk response plans, and evaluating their effectiveness throughout the project life cycle.
3. Time Management
- Managing one's own time and the time of others
- Should be able to work on multiple project at same time
4. Negotiation
- Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences
- Negotiation with IT vendors to get better services. [ time cost & service]
5. Management
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and coordination of people and resources.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- B. Tech / MSC(IT), MCA/M Tech
- PMP certificate is plus.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 8 ~ 11 years of total experience (5~6 years of relevant experience)
