Position : Assistant Manager - Project Finance Location : Noida Education : Qualified CA Experience : 5 - 7 Years of relevant experience with any large manufacturing organisation. Experience with a large industrial house in Oil &amp; Gas will be preferred. Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Candidate will be responsible for Project Finance/Debt Syndication. Broad role aspects would include : a) Working with arrangers and advisors b) Prepare Financial models, FIM c) Working with legal counsels for documentation d) Securitization and closure of funding e) Effectively manage and comply with all terms of the loan facilities f) Active covenants management g) Provide CMA Data to banks on agreed periodic intervals 2. Other responsibilities will be to take care of Credit Rating (Domestic and international). - Coordination with Lenders Independent Engineer (LIE) and other agencies for periodic reports. Independent verification of all forex transactions in middle office. - Candidate should be a qualified CA with 5-7 years of experience in Project Finance area.
