The Program / Business Development team plays a critical role in TNS being able to deliver meaningful and transformative impact to target beneficiaries. End-to-end program development work involves identifying opportunities to designing programs with program teams, developing high quality donor proposals, securing mandates from donors and transitioning mandate to program teams. TNS is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Program Development who would have end-to-end responsibility for developing donor proposals for various program opportunities. The person would work closely with donor organizations, TNS India program teams and TNS US based team members. Requirements: - 4-6 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, investment banking or equity research - Graduate or postgraduate in Business Management, Economics, Mathematics or any other analytically rigorous fields - Extensive experience in business writing and presentation skills including writing analytical reports, developing proposals and pitches - Excellent written English, with perfect grammar and a flair for communication - Comfort with numbers, understanding of preparation of budgets and good in MS Excel, - Ability to work with a diverse team across geographies to tight time deadlines - Candidates with a sound academic background from premier educational institutions will find the role exciting and will do well in the organization.
