Location: Mahim (Mumbai)

Experience Required: 1 - 3 years' experience

Qualification: MBA - Marketing

He / She should have good experience in handling product management in marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

Core Tasks :

- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.

- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities

- Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers

- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams

- Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility

- Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Study of market / competitors product, understand customers' expectations, usage pattern by doing primary/secondary research for information gathering.

- Review the company's existing product portfolio and recommend opportunity for future product extension by reviewing product usage trend and market requirements, exploring new product ideas product usage or packaging aesthetic changes.

- Study of competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products and suggesting improvements / new sku / new product introduction based on market potential study.

- Plan launch plan of new product introduction, sku introduction to increase market share by working with sales team.

- Creating go to market communication strategy / plan / story and closely liase with the sales team for the launch and growth of the product.

- Hands on with excel for reporting and analysis of products.

- Inventory planning based on sales forecasting.

- Price waterfall study of competition in various zones through continuous field visits
