- Responsible for new product development. Define & initiate new cards product, design product proposition, feature and related process.
- Manage the product profitability and performance review.
- Responsible for product development & printing; Work is 50% is product conceptualization, 30% graphics, 20% printing.
- Proactively develop new concepts through structural & aesthetic design, generating new ideas for better look, cost savings and convenience within time lines.
- Management of product portfolio which includes strategy formulation for increasing product penetration, increase product usage and value, design and run campaigns and customer interaction program
- Understand customer need, conceptualize solution and use creativity & imagination to develop & deliver variety & cutting edge products.
- Design & finalize process in consultation with various stake holders within/outside the organization.
