Responsibilities:
- Regional/Country reporting for driving Procurement KPIs across Asia Pacific Region
- Monthly Management Reviews with the Procurement Leadership team.
- Price bench marking analysis across regions.
- Supplier Spend Analysis and Segmentation.
- Liasioning with procurement team for commodity wise Indices trends update.
- Price updation in system and tracking.
- Forecasting Process alignment with Procurement , Supply chain and Financial reporting .
- Cost review and comparison for alternate Products / suppliers to support strategic decisions.
- Support analytics for vendor localisation and Status update to management.
- Support data Maintenance for Vendor Master, product categorization , Unit of conversions etc.
- Drive DPO through payable analytics.
- Ensure accuracy in forecasting and Budgeting of Procurement KPIs.
Requirements:
- A Chartered Accountant or Cost accountant or MBA in Finance with 4-5 years of experience.
- Working as Costing or Financial Planning and Analysis in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
- Proficient in using computers and related software in performing financial job tasks, specifically setting up spreadsheet formulas, linking spreadsheets, extracting data, developing graphs.
- Skill in understanding and communicating complex ideas effectively, both orally and writing. Ability to work well with all levels of organization
- Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Open for both International & domestic travels.
