Assistant Manager - Process Reengineering - Banking (2-8 yrs)
- Banking process understanding, gap and opportunity identification (digitization opportunities, standardization / RPA / other digital initiatives), cost benefit analysis, to-be process design, FTE optimization, etc.
- Skills / Area of expertise: Process consulting, stakeholder management, process re-engineering, cost optimisation, process improvement / optimization, knowledge of automation / RPA
Educational qualifications: MBA preferred
Certifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Preferred) and/or strong equivalent experience
Desirable: Consulting Experience
RPA certification, PMP or PRINCE 2 certification are good to have
- Other requirements: Should have worked with large global banks / consulting firms, digital transformation experience, strong communication skills, good B-school will be an added advantage, knowledge of agile will also be an added advantage
