Hiring for our Prestegiousdiversified client in Education/EdTech, Agri, Renewable Energyetc.. based out of Dubai/UAE, a Presales Specialist/SrEx/AM. The incumbent will work very closely with the Business Development unit and the Solutions team to meet the company's growth expectations in the MEA and Asia regions by coordinating work with the internal teams to work on developing project proposals (RFPs, DPRs, EoIs, Tender Responses etc.) in Education (K12/TVET/Higher Education) domain. He or she should also be able to relate with and manage various stakeholders including government officials, partners, technology teams and the internal teams within the organization. The role would require travel in Africa and Asia regions.

Job Description

- End - End Proposal Management - ability to own the proposal from conceptualization to submission. Ability to work on multiple proposals simultaneously.

- Ability to manage each proposal as a mini- project: understand proposal / client requirements, create proposal structure, provide answers for technical and non- technical questions, work with business, solutions, procurement and operations teams or SMEs to gather technical and commercial response, and manage response process within proposal deadline

- Supporting Business Development Activities - preparing technical presentations, capability document, concept note, approach paper etc.

- Conducting research to get the necessary market intelligence for the Business Development team. Ability to built value proposition pitches and proposals based on market research.

- Supporting Marketing Activities - preparing collaterals, videos etc.

- Conducting feasibility studies for gathering client requirements.

- Preparing project costing models.

- Maintain and manage presales repository

- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project). Excellent formatting skills, and aesthetic sense. Should have ability to improvise on the overall proposal content with reference to aesthetics/ formatting, business proposition etc.

- Excellent Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills

Expected Qualifications and Work Experience

- Bachelor's/Master;s Degree in a related field from a reputed University.

- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in presales and proposal management.

- Candidates who are immediately available & who are from the Education, Government or Infrastructure Background will be preferred.
