Assistant Manager - Presales & Lead Generation - Banking Domain - BPO (4-8 yrs)
Basic Function:
- Lead generation, database creation (as per specific requirements)
- Prospect cold calling, email communication, networking
Content management:
- Save and maintain documents on the shared drive
- Ensure documents are updated with the latest information available
- Document / presentation formatting and sanity check
- Adhoc capability, sales pitch creation and research:
- Market and competitor intelligence research
- Background research on prospect information to develop
Essential Functions :
- Pipeline preparation and creating prospect clients database for BFS vertical in the US, UK and other geographies (as and when required)
- Cold calling and emailing to prospects
- Networking and expanding connects over other networking sites LinkedIn etc.
- Accountable to meet the targets of lead generation and business closure
- Preparing presentations and initial pitch to prospects
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with support functions in preparing relevant presentations, case studies etc.
- Maintain and prepare reports and dashboard for various activities
- Salesforce administration
- Managing end-to-end salesforce process guidelines
- Ensure SFDC is up-to-date with latest information for all pipeline opportunities
Knowledge of domain industry, culture :
- Domain Knowledge - should have understanding of the US Banking industry (mortgage, payments, fintech areas)
- Networking Skills - capable to expanding network on various professional and social networking sites, and gather prospect client details
