Powered Learning - Assistant Manager (7-9 yrs)

Job Description :

- Minimum 4-5 years of project execution experience with PowerBI and other Data Visualization tools

- Minimum 3 years of experience with writing VBA codes in MS Excel, PPT & Word

- Solid understanding of Microsoft PowerBI tool in order to integrate data from different sources and tools using API

- Solid understanding of Powered Enterprise (or ability to quickly learn), and understanding of the skills required to deliver on Powered-specific engagements

- Good understanding of project and program management methodologies

- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights

- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently. Self-starter that is willing to chase down content and become the SMP (subject matter professional) on the topics of course development

- Experience in a Learning and Development would be Nice to Have but not necessary

- Experience in Confluence and JIRA tools is preferred

- Language skills : English (proficient)

- Other global language capabilities will be an added advantage

- Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual environment with global stakeholders

- Responsive and proactive; empathy towards customer needs and has a strong desire to help
