The selected candidate will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Assistant Manager - Post Fixture Accounts

Job Description:

- Processing & Settlement of loading/discharging/Canal transit disbursements

- Input data in ERP system

- Cash Management

- Processing & Settlement of bunkering/towage/pilotage/transit disbursements & invoices

- Review towage contracts

- Preparing Time & Voyage charter yield statements

- Prepare Technical & Commercial downtime reports

- Verifying/Checking Final Accounts/Brokerage invoices as per cp terms

- Routine assistance to Team & GC Ship regarding miscellaneous matters including co-ordination between Accounts & Chartering team

- Settlement of Invoices, Towage, Mooring & unmooring & pilotage invoices

- Updating of various Excel files /Towage payments

- Carry out market analysis using Shipping databases

- Help with creating presentations using PowerPoint and Excel

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in any related field

- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role at a Shipping Company

- Strong English language skills

- Excellent integrity and character with strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong analytical skills, commercial demeanor, and attention to detail

- Respect for deadlines

- Initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and detail-oriented

- Ability to work independently

- Clear verbal and written communication skills

- Highly proficient in MS Office and other added computer skills
