Assistant Manager - Portfolio Analytics - Insurance Broking - IIT/NIT/BITS

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for report generation and style analytics

- Supporting stakeholders across to run portfolio analytics on institutional clients' portfolios on monthly basis and draw measurable insights

- Assist towards risk and performance attribution of multi asset class portfolios on monthly basis

- Contribute towards modeling multi asset class portfolios using external software.

- Add new insights and new dimensions to existing report to be used by the portfolio management team

- Strong background in portfolio management, construction, risk and return attribution in atleast one of R, Python, MATLAB etc.

- Strong financial instruments knowledge, covering but not limited to fixed income, equities, ETF's, funds, derivatives and market indices

Requirements :

- 1-2 years of work experience in a portfolio management or research team

- Highly proficient in Econometrics and Portfolio Management strategies

- BE/B Tech from a top tier college and/or Masters in Financial Engineering / Econometrics / Quantitative Finance
