Assistant Manager - Plant Commercial - Manufacturing Industry

Incumbent will be accountable for :

- Effective implementation of commercial policies adopted and floated by corporate management.

- To provide guidance and knowledge to all commercial people across plant for better and effective management of commercial activities.

- To monitor and control performance measurement activities i.e. CPL, NPI etc.

- To control wastages in order to improve productivity.

- To monitor and control variance and implement perpetual inventory system particularly in high value items.

- To develop vendor for cost effective and better quality in case of stores / spares and other consumables.

- To explore the opportunity to further reduce the NPI.

- Optimum usage of packing materials for storing .

- Control and reduction of scrap of packing materials.

- Compliance of dispatch adherence 100%.

- Compliance of critical dispatches as per dispatch adherence 100%.

- Monitor transporters performance.

- Effective utilization of finished goods dispatched vehicles.

- Control and reduction of finished goods variance.

- Monitor dispatch from OPC.

- Verification of internal control and checks across the plant.

- Liasioning with govt. authorities i.e Excise, Sales Tax, etc.

- Effective stock management

- 100% implementation of freight module

- Improving control efficiency index of plant by 90%.

- 100% statutory compliance.

- Ensure correct cost accounting and GL accounting concept.

Candidate Requirement :-

- CA / ICWA preferred

- Should have a strong manufacturing set-up experience

- Willing to work in plant location only apply

- Local Gujarat candidates preferred
