Assistant Manager - Planning - Retail (5-15 yrs)
With one of our reputed client we have an opportunity for the role of AM Planning in Bangalore. Please find below the JD for the same.
1. Seasonal buying for chain SIS as per planned OTB and Budget.
2. Assortment Planning: Store Profiling and Planogram Planning w.r.t category, size, options to drive space productivity
3. Enabling secondary Inventory efficiency by monitoring weekly replenishments from WH as well as inter-store consolidations for optimum size-runs at store level
4. Responsible to drive secondary PPM ensuring base stock norms, primary fill to drive secondary sales
5. Best-seller management through analysis of weekly/monthly/quarterly SKU performance
6. Sales Planning by Price points, Brands and Suppliers down to Sub-Category levels
7. Responsible for Sell Thru management & Channel ORM
8. Influence key value drivers such as average bill value, average basket size L2L, SSPD, Rank improvement, Returns management
9. Active merchandising, EOSS and markdown management.
10. Candidate who have experience in MIS and graduated from NIFT would be preferred.
The budget for the role is in between 8-13 lacs p.a.
