Asst Manager - Payroll
- Managing the Compensation and Benefit Administration for 1,500 + employees
- working closely with Group HR, Accounts and Regional Managers for required inputs.
- Assuring proper Coordination with Third Party for Salary processing, Tax Calculation & Statutory Calculations.
- Worked on process improvements to ensure efficiency through automating functions and timely deliverable s.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures were properly followed .
- Maintaining accurate payroll internal controls.
- Ensure providing appropriate MIS reports to Management on monthly basis.
- Assuring the proper Coordination with Compliance for Statutory compliance's inputs and Payments on time.
- Responsible for Designing Compensation Structures in lines with annual Increment policy of the Company.
- Directly responsible for all direct communication to employees.
Candidate Requirement :

- Able to Manage Govt. Bodies
- Responsible for End to End Payroll activities
