Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for Oracle Financials applications (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, P2P), resolving complex user issues and inquiries.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical and functional problems related to Oracle Financials functionalities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle Financials best practices and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve system bugs and configuration issues.
- Document knowledge base articles and procedures for efficient issue resolution.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Oracle Financials functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle Financials releases and functionalities.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting) to ensure seamless financial operations.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in an Oracle Financials support role.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, P2P) functionalities and configuration.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with documentation tools and knowledge base systems is a plus.
