- Manage a team of 40-50 associates (3-5 team leaders)   - Drive performance to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators   - Provide leadership and guidance to Team Leads in administering company policies and standards  - Service Delivery efficiency, knowledge Management   - Responsible for all risk management & compliance activities as applicable to this role   - Encourage and facilitate upskilling/cross-training to improve fungibililty of our talent pool  - Increase productivity by Implementing/ improving the existing performance management system   - Anticipate customer needs, enhance existing processes.
