Experience: 6+ years
Job Summary :
1. Responsible to ensure that the service and support teams have robust systems and processes, Metrics/Reports in place and support diverse projects/assignments.
2. Develop and implement data management strategy and plans, including documentation, scales, to support, contribute, and integrate with the organizations business plan.
3. Provide general coordination and data management with respect to Shared Services.
4. Conceptualize measures and metrics for diverse functions. Generate and distribute reports in accurate and timely manner.
5. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
6. Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Hands on experience on Process Improvement and Process Audits
8. Understanding and implementation of 7 QC tools/Six Sigma.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Must have a Team Handling experience
2. Graduate with 6-10 years of relevant experience in KPO/Research and Analytics / Shared Services / Back Office
3. Ability to quickly learn and participate in collaboration with multiple teams. A continuous improvement and best practice attitude
4. Good knowledge on Metrics analysis, Process Framework, Documentation.
5. Understanding and implementation of 7 QC tools, Six Sigma
6. Knowledge of SQL/ Visualization tools. (Preferred)
