Job Description :

- As Assistant Manager Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for passive Infrastructure, you will be responsible to ensure site up time through preventive and corrective maintenance of passive infrastructure at sites.

- You will be responsible for Energy Management, Site Management, Fault reduction, Preventive Maintenance (DG, PIU, SMPS, Battery Bank, AC, Transformer), Infra Provider (IP) Management, Data Management, Customer Management, O&M Billing, Hygiene of site.

- You will also coordinate infrastructure up gradation activities and ensures timely payments of rent, diesel and electricity charges after validating the vendor bills.

- You will be required to have in -depth understanding of the Deployment including Core Processes, Planning, Execution and Implementation, Vendor Management, RFI, Site up-gradation, liaising work covering site survey, NOC from Local authorities, Electrical Connection etc.

- This job requires the individual to work closely with multiple teams and third party vendors. The individual should be willing to work on-field and be able to handle high pressure situations.

- You should be adaptable to changing work environments and have good practical knowledge to successfully perform the assigned responsibilities.

- You must have at least 4 years experience with a reputed Telecom Infrastructure company in a similar role

Experience :

Min 4 Years, Max 8 Years

Qualification : Bachelor in Technology (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and related field)

Location : Nigeria

Salary : Equivalent of INR 18 Lacks to 25 Lacks p.a.
