About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager O&M to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of solar power plants. The role requires strong expertise in plant operations, safety compliance, and vendor management, with a focus on warranty claims and equipment performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Performance Monitoring Oversee plant operations and ensure effective data management for performance analysis.
- Safety & Compliance Implement safety measures across sites, working with the HSE team to ensure installation of standard safety signage and compliance with safety norms.
- Warranty Management Manage warranties for installed equipment to maximize organizational value.
- Handle documentation, registration, activation, and compliance monitoring.
- Drive claim management and vendor relationship management for warranty-related matters.
- Equipment Condition Monitoring Conduct I-V Testing and IR Imaging of Solar PV Modules to ensure optimal performance.
- Vendor Coordination Follow up with OEM Vendors/Suppliers for timely replacements and repairs under warranty claims.
Candidate Profile:
- 6 to12 years of experience in O&M within the Solar/Power sector.
- Strong understanding of solar plant operations, safety protocols, and equipment warranties.
- Proven ability to collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
