Assistant Manager - MIS/SAS - Solution Design - BFSI (5-10 yrs)

Description:

- Understand adhoc business requirement emanating from region, regulators or local business units

- Identify underline data requirement and Prepare Functional Specs

- Build Solution Design and Develop the solution by using appropriate tool/technology including SAS, VBA, MS Excel

- Send sample data for UAT and Complete the delivery post signoff

- Ability to understand the business, develop datadriven solutions to address business problems and independently manage endtoend project communication with business partners

- The individual should possess the ability to work in teams and display a proactive learning attitude

- We are looking for Selfmotivated individuals who are comfortable working in teams with high growth potential and involved in transitioning the highly complex and critical projects

- A flexible, positive and mature mindset to deal with ambiguities of complex business problems is a must

Qualifications:

- Graduate /MCA from a reputed institute with a good understanding of SQL, Microsoft office, SAS or any other programming language and ability to manage large data

- 5 to10 years of experience in MIS, System Development or in data analytics

- Good Communication Skills

- Presentation of results: The individual would be expected to independently design presentations to summarize the result of MIS deep dive/analysis

- Business Knowledge: develop an understanding of the domain/function

- The individual is expected to develop domain expertise in his/her work area

- Teamwork: Develop crosssite relationships to enhance the leverage of ideas

- Set and manage partner expectations
