Assistant Manager - MIS - BFSI (2-10 yrs)
Job description
Finance MIS
- Prepare of medium-term business plans, annual operating plan, monthly forecast and budgeting on various aspects of the business
- Prepare and review various acquisition costs, collection cost, marketing cost, servicing cost and review important KPIs and conduct profitability analysis for the business/channels
- Conduct extensive revenue analysis on various business parameters, analyze trends and patterns using analytics and prepare action points for the business to improve revenue trends and profitability
- Setup a robust MIS structure for performance monitoring, proactively partner with Business stakeholders on the various KPIs and take suggest course corrections as necessary
- Effective coordination with Corporate Sales, Corporate Finance, Zonal/Branch Heads to ensure compliance/alignment with various processes and smooth flow of MIS and reporting
Consolidation :
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly consolidation process, reconciliations and dispute resolution of immediate holding company and two subsidiaries.
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements of the immediate holding company along with Ind AS disclosures.
- Managing statutory audit of the immediate holding company
- Quarterly reporting to the ultimate holding company
Essential Skills :
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of IND AS
- Conversant with financial applications such as Oracle financials/SAP
- Good knowledge of excel
