Role Title: Assistant Manager - Membership Development

Function Membership:

Reports to - Functionally - Manager - Membership Development

Reports to - Administratively - Manager - Membership Development

Purpose of the role:

Key Responsibility Descriptive Parameters:

Business requirement specification:

- Coordinate between Members and NSE IT team to finalise user requirements and prepare necessary documents to initiate system specification process.

- Provide clarification for queries raised by Members and NSE IT.

- Escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure they are resolved suitably by manager or senior management.

System specification sign off:

- Collect and forward specifications from NSE IT team to manager for approval.

- Coordinate between manager, Members and NSE IT team for seamless resolution of issues and quick turnaround of the deliverables.

- Maintain repository of Member requests and queries for internal record.

User acceptance testing:

- Coordinate with Members and NSE IT team to finalize UAT date and support the UAT process.

- Coordinate between IT team and Members to resolve any residual issues/queries.

- Escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure they are resolved suitably by manager or senior management.

Final release:

- Coordinate with IT team and Members for the final release of the interface.

- Coordinate with IT team and Members for timely resolution of queries / issues raised by users post release of interface

- Implement timely systems update so as to ensure smooth day to day operation of the interface.

Role Description for: Assistant Manager: Membership Development

- To support in the development of interface for member operation through analysis of business requirements, finalization of system specifications and coordination of user acceptance testing and final release.
