Job Title: Assistant Manager Marketing Operations
What would you be doing?
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not be limited to):
- Owning new initiatives for learning content and experience for programs in our Management verticals (Strategic Digital Marketing, Executive PGPM etc)
- Ensuring ongoing review of the learning content and identifying opportunities to improve quality in terms of appropriateness, accuracy, richness.
- Ensuring the efforts towards updating the content as well as creating additional content - videos, reading material, exercises, and assignments.
- Deliver a great learner support experience by ensuring timely response and feedback on all academic queries from learners
- Create unique learning experiences that enable Great Learning customers to have a delightful learning experience and meaningful outcomes; these could be hackathons, conferences, panel discussions, industry sessions, ad-hoc competitions etc.
Profiles:
MBA with 3+ years of experience, preferably marketing in similar space
