Our client is a leading global FMCG company and one of the most iconic brands worldwide. Alongside a Global presence, they have an ever-increasing India footprint. Headquartered out of Mumbai, they are looking at significantly expanding their India brand portfolio and are looking to hire an Assistant Manager Marketing to fuel and sustain that growth for the business.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Senior Manager Marketing, the person will

- Leads and manages one or more brands - creating, executing, and monitoring brand specific strategy.

- Launching new brands and tracking post launch metrices

- Develops brand strategies and manages marketing campaigns across channels - TV, print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands

- Works collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results.

- Owns timeline management, budget, and project analysis. Evaluates performance and takes corrective actions.

- Analyze success of marketing campaigns, sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepare reports/forecasts on market evolution and company products.

- Business Forecasting/Results - work with sales and demand planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts.

- Market Analysis - closely monitors market trends to provide insights and data

- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

- Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding

- Should be well versed with digital channels and have working knowledge on media landscape including media planning, execution, and tracking

Profile :

MBA in Marketing coupled with at least 4-6 years of post-qualification experience. Prior experience of launching brands and leading brands at an all-India level is a must.
