Assistant Manager/Manager - UX Copywriter (5-10 yrs)
We- re looking for a talented wordsmith with impeccable writing skills for one of our dear clients in Singapore.
The ideal candidate should be able to develop a strong grasp on a brand's tone and communications guidelines within a short time and adapt it to various forms of digital content for web and mobile.
You- ll be leading the creation of copy or content for our webpage, customer communications including emails and SMS, newsletters, blogs and other customer facing documents.
You- ll also need to have a knack for communicating complex concepts in simple and direct ways which promotes understanding. To do so, you- re likely to be naturally curious and enjoys learning about different products and services to promote your own understanding.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Experience & Skill:
- Minimum 5 years- experience in copy-writing and copy-editing for websites, mobile apps, social media or chat interfaces
- Background in advertising, marketing, content creation. Insurance experience will be a plus
- Creative mind with a capacity to handle tight timelines and stress and still able to deliver in a fast paced and progressive environment
- Ability to grasp various brand concepts and understand the differences in copy scripting for different channels
- Awareness of user experience and is able to collaborate with UX designers to create an engaging, delightful and effective experience
- Effective follower and team player with great communication skills
