Location:

Bangalore / Kolkata, India.

Responsibilities:

- Perform review of federal and state tax returns for US based corporate / Partnership clients (Form 1120/1065 and related schedules)handled by associates and senior associates

- Review of International forms and review of tax provision work which are part of the clients federal tax returns

- Monitor, document and apply any changes in tax rates, tax laws for US tax return preparation.

- Responsible for Quality Assurance for projects handled by the team

- Ability to identify technical issues on the engagements and to present with the recommendations to the engagement teams

- Ability to manage the engagements and coach the team on technical concepts

- Acting as subject matter expert ("Go To" Person) and be a conduit for knowledge sharing

- Actively participating in the technical forums

- Develop content and help conduct trainings

- Ability to identify gaps, coach, mentor and developing technical skills of team members

- Build professional relationship with the engagement teams

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of preparation and review of US Corporate/Partnership federal and state tax returns

- Graduate in B Com / BBA / BAFM / BBM / BSc (Stat or Math) or MBA (Finance)

- Enrolled Agent / CPA preferable
