Assistant Manager/Manager - US Statutory Audit - Big4 - CA (3-8 yrs)
Big4 have excellent opportunity for qualified CA with post qualification experience of 3 to 8 years in Statutory Audit Profile.
Job location will be Bangalore/Kochi.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Lead audit service delivery for an assigned dedicated teams for ET and demonstrate understanding and knowledge of industry specific audit procedures
- Demonstrate professionalism, industry competence and clarity of communication when dealing with ET
- Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating audit conceptual trainings and ensuring that team members are trained
Manage people :
- Be a performance manager to guide and coach professionals on career advancement and provide continuous feedback throughout the performance year on their development areas
- Actively participate in overall performance development and feedback process
Lead projects :
- Actively get involved on business and industry specific knowledge development initiatives
- Lead / participate in the firm's strategic initiatives and/or corporate social responsibility programs
Education and Experience Requirements :
- Qualified CA/US CPA and minimum of Bachelors- degree in Finance & Accounting with first division (60%)
- 3 - 8 years of post-qualification experience along with strong Articleship experience from a mid-size or a Big 4 firm in case of CA OR
- Experience with Big 4/leading Audit firms or their shared service center would be preferred
Skills Required :
- Audit and accounting knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Be a quick learner and demonstrate adaptability to change
- Should be willing to and capable of delivering under tight timelines, basis the business needs including working on weekends
