Assistant Manager/Manager - Treasury/Financial Planning & Analysis - NBFC (2-5 yrs)

Urgent Looking for Assistant Manager / Manager-Treasury & FP& A Profile

Department - Treasury and FP&A

Reporting To - Head Treasury

Open Positions :


1) Investment Management:


a. Ensure Board approved investment limit is complied


b. Managing the funds and daily cash flows depending on the business requirement and liquidity need

c. Extensive knowledge of different investment instruments like MFs, FDs, Bonds, T- Bills etc

d. Prepare investment note covering cost and return of various investment instruments

e. Knowledge of calculating MF return and Bonds pricing

f. Operational knowledge of reporting Bond, MF etc. investment transactions through BSE NSE and other Mutual fund platforms, preparation FD letters and day to day other investment transaction tasks

g. Relationship management with different counter parties like AMC, Banks, Investment Brokers.

h. Compute and match final accounts balance of all investments, accruals and gains/loss on investments.

2) Bank Account Management & Transactions:

a. Updating of signatories and inputter in bank accounts, AMC etc

b. Closing and opening of bank accounts

c. Executing documents of other services offered by banks

d. Closing and opening of bank accounts

3) Other Tasks:

a. Handling and resolving audit queries of the tasks under your purview.

b. Preparation of different presentations like ALCO etc.

c. Drafting of SOPs and Policies

d. Portfolio Cuts, Vintage Curve, Collection Efficiency and other business reports related to NBFCs

4) Requirement for this job:

a. 2-5 years of Experience

b. Preferably from NBFC background

c. Strong analytical skills

d. Technical & functional expertise

e. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency

f. Good understanding of Investment and treasury products
