Responsibilities: - Implementation of training plan for all enabling accounts &amp; employee enabling the stakeholders (employees and business partners). - Conduct Knowledge &amp; Skill training for Group Business channel which includes launch training, ongoing training, new employee training and SP training etc. - Tracking business performance in the channel &amp; through training and development, identify productivity limiting gaps and support corrective action. - Facilitation of GIDs, IID's and FODs regularly. - Training responsibility of IRDA Audit &amp; Compliance and subsequent training in each channel. - Ensuring traction of data on performance, publishing MIS, dashboard, calendar etc. timely and effectively. - Imparting additional on-the-job help and support to generate business through making pitch presentations and meeting individual customers etc. - Managing costs to be within budget; effective and efficient utilization of all resources - Organising and Presenting in internal and external seminars/ corporate presentations. - Initiating and running projects on impacting key business levers &amp; enablers, challenges. Requirements: - Full time Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA (HR) will be preferred. - Should have experience in Sales training of at least 3 years - Excellent Communication skills - Should be Customer &amp; Business orientation - Expertise in Content Development, facilitating trainings - Should be ready to stand-in for other team members in case of a need.
