Assistant Manager/Manager - Technology Strategy Consultant

Our client: MNC IT Consulting Company having operations in major countries of the world.

Job purpose: As technology strategy consultant, the incumbent would be helping global organizations transform their business with digital interventions & transformation. Would work on client engagements, drive projects, advise with right technology selection and help the customers, transform themselves.

Key responsibilities:

- Be responsible for understanding customer's business and translate technology requirement for the same to bring about transformation.

- Work on technology roadmaps, plans, right technology selection and overall architectural designs.

- Work closely with clients on transformation programs and lead the implementation of planned initiatives.

- Advise with right solution design in order to bring overall efficiency.

- Identify and recommend industry best practices in the technology landscape, processes, and architecture.

- Act as a trusted consultant on technology matters.

- Mentor project team members and contribute to practice growth initiatives.

Education, skills & experience required:

- Engineering degree with an MBA from premier college is highly desirable.

- Overall 7-10 years of total experience in technology consulting.

- Prior experience in managing multiple stakeholders and teams during technology transformation is highly required.

- The incumbent must have experience in any or more of industry vertical as a specialist, like Pharma, retail, consumer, media, manufacturing etc.

- Prior experience required across one or more of the platforms, like Microsoft, Google, Open source SAP, SFDC, Oracle, AWS etc. with a solid understanding of emerging technology like AL/ML, DevOps, RPA, Blockchain, IoT etc.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are pre-requisite with good project management skills.
