Looking to hire for an EdTech:
- Gathering the requirements from the hiring manager for short and long-term requirements in hiring for these departments (Tech and Product - from Junior to Senior Leadership level).
- Handling a small team of 4 to 8 members. (team handling is not mandatory).
- Will be also responsible for closing senior-level roles (individual contributions ) - VP Engineering, GM, Director, Principle Engineers, Engineering Managers, for product and Tech teams.
- Also will be handling teams' productivity and mentoring them.
Skills and experience :
- Want candidates who have been hired for Tech startups
- Product hiring experience is an added advantage.
