- Administering Talent Acquisition including screening, qualifying, interviewing, negotiating, rolling out future offers, reviewing company policies and procedures with applicants and extending offers and follow-ups.
- Counselling the candidate by discussing the specifics of the position with the candidates and assisting in evaluating the merits of the move towards the career development.
- Organizing data, generating weekly/monthly reports and performing for the top management's perusal effectively
- Managing major areas of recruitment which includes direct channel (Sourcing & Employee referral Program), Vendor Partner & Job Fairs
- Working on attrition, meeting the business within SLA & managing most of the critical accounts within a time
- Ensuring that 100% compliance, dealing with vendors, stakeholders and ensuring that all the business needs are met with SLA
- Conducting bulk hiring with various initiatives like : On Boarding, Orientation & Documentation, managing audits for TA and compliance for India & Site along side hiring
- Evaluating procedures and technology solutions to improve human resource data management
- Maintaining an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives
- Developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame
