(Major focus will be on Sales recruitment). The candidate should be from Pharma/FMCG handling the TA role and based in the Corporate office.
The 2nd and 4th Sat will be off.
Responsibilities:
- Strategizing and executing all Pan - India Sales & Corporate positions regarding sourcing and closure from Junior to Zonal VP /GM Level.
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle by sourcing the Best Talent through Internal Referrals, Job Portals, LinkedIn, Recruitment Consultant, and social media and ensuring that 75% of positions are closed through internal references thus saving cost.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, educate them on market dynamics, and constantly evolve the recruitment process.
- Managing compensation fitment and final negotiation from junior to Leadership positions.
- Map the competitor pool of candidates and make it future-ready.
- Forecast Annual TA Budgets and ensure that the team adheres to the plan, thereby having control over cost.
- Design, develop, and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
- Ensure that all new joiners go through the designed Induction plan.
- To identify and impanel and review recruitment partners to ensure they have a complete understanding of the organization's culture & role specifications before getting them on board.
- Analyze and assess the Vendor performance, reviewing their effectiveness quarterly.
- Prepare Weekly | Monthly MIS reports - Budget Vs Actual, Closures, Attrition, and Headcount reports.
- Monitoring and reviewing manpower plan for Pan India Sales.
