Looking for Assistant Manager / Manager Talent Acquisition for leading Media Company, Mumbai location
Responsibilities -
- Identify the hiring requirements through liaison with the HR Business partners and help in Creating job descriptions
- Identify different available avenues for sourcing of right talent and share the recruitment mandate with external consultants if needed
- Coordination for Salary documents for Offer release
- Completing reference checks and staff bulleting for Joiners
- Ensuring Visibility of postings on Intranet, Corporate portal and Job portals
- Tracking of all employee referral resumes
- Maintaining Recruitment database on Successfactor
- Completing the entire vendor empanelment process for new vendor creation
- Evaluate the performance of empaneled recruitment consultants and provide timely feedback
- Review profiles, short-list candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Industry Mapping for various functions
