Key Responsibilities :
- End to end Manpower planning across the organization including taking requisitions and cost mapping.
- Formulating talent strategy including identifying target market segment, industries and functions.
- Executing hiring of employees across all levels and grades.
- Assisting in restructuring and talent management.
- Designing and developing requisitions and JDs.
- Interviewing and shortlisting of candidates from all the sources: LinkedIn, Internal referral and Recruitment vendors.
- Identifying the right and most cost-effective channels for sourcing.
- Building talent pipeline by identifying active and passive candidate list.
- Effectively managing various recruitment vendors.
- Securing approvals at all levels - including JD Preparations, finalizing of candidates and cost approvals.
- Fostering strong relationships with various Campus for Campus recruitment. Acting as SPOC for all partnerships.
- Collaborating with Senior Management for business requirements and acting as Internal Talent Advisor for sharing mapping of talent available vs cost benefit analysis.
- Mobilizing and Facilitating the internal transfers and conversions.
- Conducting and Coordinating interviews at all levels and all grades.
- Introducing and launching more effective ways of shortlisting like - general written assignments, functional written assignments etc.
- Enhancing joining experience and Handholding new recruits in onboarding process.
