- This opening is based near Gurgaon with one of our client which is a E-commerce Startup. Looking for candidates with strong Tech. hiring experience as the incumbent will solely be responsible for the same.
Job Responsibilities :
- Building out capabilities in the system to improve the efficiency of hiring through process and systems.
- Building strong candidate pipeline for technical hiring
- Identifying recruitment tools scale up hiring process
- Responsible for Campus Hiring which includes hosting college career days, building effective internship programs.
- Problem Solver with analytical approach who understands the needs of every critical role and close position in prescribed TAT.
- Adaptable with the ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
