Designation: Asst. Manager/Manager HR (Talent Acquisition)
Role: Mid Level Hiring, Lateral Hiring, Campus Hiring
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualification: B.E (preferable) or BSc Statistics, Maths, Physics, Economics Hons along with an MBA (HR) mandatory from a premier institute.
Experience:
- Around 1-8 years of experience in handling Talent Acquisition in a large company/group level, conglomerate or in a Search Firm.
- Should have business acumen and should be able to grasp business needs quickly.
- Should have the ability to liaise with senior executives
- Candidate should be smart, aggressive and dynamic person with strong execution and multi-tasking qualities.
- High level of target orientation
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and influencing skills
- Strong Networking skills
- Well versed in using contemporary recruitment tools and social media.
