- Leading experience in Employee relation .
- Handled Enquiry, strike period, wage settlement, union management, contract labor management, employee engagement, employee welfare, grievance management, skill matrix, performance management, rewards and benefits and talent acquisition.
- Consult on complex ER matters, providing effective advice, resolution and remediation.
- Preparation and execution of long-term settlements
- Calculation and Implementation of closure settlements.
- Point of contact for employment relations, and deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary actions when required .
- Represented the company before the conciliation officer in legal cases and disciplinary proceedings.
- To deal with union in a positive manner and resolved day to day grievances/ issues raised by them, as also negotiated on issues with them.
- Provides ER learning session and reporting to address emerging trends and issues.
