Position Purpose :

Have complete knowledge and understanding of CMS collection & Doorstep banking activities and ensure timely processing of all activities as per SLA

Key Responsibilities :

- Co-ordination with Cash-in-Transit agencies for cash pickup and delivery from/to branches.

- Co-ordination with Currency Chest (Corrbank/Self) for daily cash deposits and withdrawal of ATM fit currency.

- Execution of transactions as per the TAT agreed with the customer

- Co-ordination with vendors for daily Cash pickup and deposition

- Monitoring of daily discrepancy reporting by CIT agencies

- Validation and payment of monthly bills of CIT agencies.

- Co-ordination with central CMS team for feasibility and pricing for collection mandate to branches.

- Monthly reconciliation and reporting of all accounts to Finance Department.

- Doorstep banking activity

- Monitoring of tickets in service first.

- Follow up with vendors for execution of tickets within TAT's.

- Publishing of daily/monthly MIS's.

- Vendor invoice processing.

- Execution of transactions as per the TAT agreed with the customer
